Poor After Sales
After namin mabili ung bahay, ang hirap na hagilapin ng sales for our concerns and inquries.
1. Ang sabi ng agent di magsasabay ang equity at pagibig pero nagsabay pa din.

Ang amilyar ipapasa na nila sayo once matake out sa pagibig. di man lang nila akuin hanggang move in.
3. We completed the equity in 2019 and supposed to move in ng Q2 of 2020 but we understand na may delay because of the pandemic pero 2022 na and we haven't moved in still.
4. First inspection pa lang namin sa bahay and ang dami dami na kaming nakitang mali.
Ang pangit ng quality ung pagkakagawa sa bahay. Di man lang pantay pantay ung pagkakakabit ng switch wala ding uniformity ung mga ginamit na materials. For final inspection na dapat kami only to find out na hindi pala nagendorse ung nakausap namin sa first inspection bago ng resign so napatagal pa ung proseso.
5. I was also promised for incentive pero wala ni isa makausap regarding sa follow up ko.
Ung sales agent na kausap ko ang isasagot pa sila din daw wala pa commission.
6. After Sales sobrang bagal magrespond. Weeks ang aantayin mo para sa napakakulang sa sustansya na reply or seen ka na lang. Very poor costumer service.
Wala man lang magexplain ng ayos kung ano na nangyayari sa bahay.
7. They don't know how to adjust for their customer. Walang ioffer na solusyon or pano makakabawi sa mga problema sa kanila.

Hindi man lang napansin kahit nino na walang bldg tax dec ung property na binili ng brother ko. Nalaman lang nung magbabayad na kami amiyar at kailangan ung document.
Maganda ang location at mura pero pasakit sa customer ang mga tao nila.

Mislead sales
we paid for the reservation fee 20,000 pesos, after 3 days the sales called saying that the house price has increase, and they will add 100k on the equity. we cant back out now because you cant refund the res fee.
20k. after a week, the sales called again saying that the monthly pag ibig will be billed on the first month together with the monthly installment equity. Which is not what he said before paying the reservation fee. On the first conversation, we will need to complete the payment of the equity first before we start to pay the monthly pag ibig.
we are really stressed about this. even the management cant help you.
If you back out, You just gave them instant 20k. Hope it wont happen to others.

but i guess it's structural element is more stable, safe and sound because of their methodology using cast-in place wall compared to other high end developers which utilize Concrete Hollow Blocks (CHB)

these people are the worst of the worst, I would never recommend to anyone to BUY a home or propery from them, ONCE they have your money, GONE,, never will reply.
I disiked the location of the project and was totally unsatisfied with the service given by the Sales and Marketing officers of DDC Land.
They misled me and misquoted me in their website, I didnt give permission to quote(misquote) me. shame on this firm

i have repeatly tried to get these people to measure my property line and finish repairs that was caused my their work. still no help. these people are terrible, wish someone would just beat the *** out of them , OR do a 187 on them, never never again will I buy a home from these THEIVES
